“And, when you can’t go back, you have to worry only about the best way of moving forward.”

— Paulo Coelho

This is the foundation of our future. The standards to which we call ‘normal’ are not what we once perceived and the expectation of it is certainly open to interpretation. Rather, it is no longer about the ‘new’ but the ‘next’. In fact, this has always been the case, it is that we feel we’ve been thrust more vigorously into the maelstrom of change than other eras have experienced - or so we believe.

We have become different, needed to work and act differently yet we are still who we are - human! The question remains not about who we are now, but who we want to become. Which modus operandi do we wish to sit in as we seek to understand our flow and how close to the edge on which we stand to make the shift to the ‘next’? Curiosity is one of our greatest assets when it comes to understanding and moving forward on a journey! Let’s explore it together.

Our fascination with machines is infinite as is the unceasing focus to humanise them. How far are we willing to take AI?

Humans are emotional but not always emotionally intelligent so it is possible we limit the technology as much as the technology may turn us into automatons, losing ourselves in what we create. To deal with the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of our environment we must look beyond IT.

Explore the AI context, what it means to be Talented in the machine age, creating an AI personality and challenges with emotional and ethical AI.

The Emotional Culture Workshop is a uniquely powerful way to create and facilitate human conversations about what really matters in the workplace at any, and between, levels. It nudges vulnerability. Builds empathy. Creates connections and fosters trust within teams. It's the ultimate card game toolkit for more successful teams and workplaces.

Living in Ebb & Flow - an Art & a Science

14 November 2022

Over 50 years of research, shows us that Flow is an important factor in problem solving, productivity, decision making and can halve the time in learning a skill. We’ve tried to control it, increase it, sustain it through our processes, technology and our teams, yet somehow we keep running into blockages and energy sappers, sometimes through creating a sense of ‘fake flow’.

In this workshop, we share a different perspective in looking at how people perform and problem solve. We call it Flow!  an art and a science. Your brain is not your friend sometimes. In flow the voice of doubt is removed, problem solving is almost automatic, acting without hesitation; creativity free flowing; risk taking less scary; we move at a faster pace.

Experience a particular approach for your toolbox of techniques to tap into Flow and help yourself and your teams to increase performance and become a better thinker. It will surprise and inspire you.

Relationship Agility

The enigma here is that people willingly and intentionally work together. In its applied meaning, collaboration is "a purposeful relationship in which all parties strategically choose to cooperate in order to accomplish a shared outcome," as defined by Hank Rubin

Breadth of capability provides flexibility in the hyperspace of change, where the activities of all roles are intersecting to maximize the value of business strategic outcomes. Walk out of this workshop with greater confidence in your ability to adapt and innovate.

We'll look at the concepts, the context and how to shift the dynamics of your relationship nexus to thrive in this VUCA world.

Communication Waves - The human process
  • Keynote

  • Presentation

  • Workshop

People aren’t difficult, just different! Replace the word successful with the word valuable and you will find a longer-lasting, deeper relationship! With each and every interaction our value to the customer, our team and other parts of the organisation is solidified through a core skill - Communication! ITSM is a dynamic place requiring dynamic communication. Understanding this human process and applying excellent communication skills takes practice because if communicating with impact and influence was so easy, everyone would be effective communicators.

This is a life skill as much as a business skill that all individuals use.
