Travelling globally, either face-to-face or virtually, Simone is a highly sort-after trainer that combines her sense of humour and passion for the subject with real-world practice enabling theory to be translated into real experience cross-industry, cross-country, cross-culture.

Simone brings both university level qualifications and practical experience to T&D combined with her Human Resource (HR) expertise and SFIA knowledge. From line management through to being a Director of T&D with an Authorised Training Organisation, Simone is also a Faculty Member with HDI and a long-term participant on the HDICertification Standards Committee and an ITSM Courseware author.
